Pont au Double is a bridge across the Seine in Paris. It links the 4th Arrondissement to the 5th Arrondissement, that is, from Île de la Cité to the quai de Montebello.

The name Pont du Double comes from "double denier", that is the amount in coins to pay as toll to cross the bridge. Of course, this refers to a long, long time ago, in the 17th century. The original Pont du Double bridge was completed in 1634, but it fell down in 1709. The present bridge was built in 1883.
How to reach Pont du Double
Take either the Métro to the Saint-Michael station or the RER train to the Saint-Michael-Notre-Dame station.
